Yesterday we served our final pastries, poured our last coffees, and closed the doors on a chapter we will forever be grateful for.

Thank you to our beautiful community for the love, support and heartfelt messages over the past few days.
Your kindness has carried us through a very emotional goodbye, and it means the world to Michelle & Stefan.

Well Bread & Pastry has been more than a bakery, it’s been a place of connection, routine, comfort and familiar faces.

“Our last day — thank you Palm Beach 🤍”

Good morning, Palm Beach.
Today is our final day of trade, and our doors are open for one last time.

This little bakery has been filled with so many familiar faces, weekend rituals, morning coffee smiles and moments we’ll never forget.
Serving this community has been our greatest privilege.

Michelle & Stefan are incredibly grateful for every bit of support, love and kindness shown over the years and it has meant more than you’ll ever know.

It made us realised even more, how much we will miss all of this, our Gold Coast locals, our valued team and the love of what we do.

“A farewell announcement…”

Today’s sweet treat comes with some bittersweet news.

After many beautiful years serving our Palm Beach and Miami community, Well Bread & Pastry will be closing its doors, with our final day of trade this Sunday the 30th.

This has been a deeply thoughtful decision by Michelle & Stefan, made with family and their wellbeing at heart and we know our community will support them with the same love they’ve always given us.

Thank you for every visit, every coffee, every morning pastry run, and every moment shared with us.

We’d love to see you this weekend as we say goodbye. 🤍

Slow morning sweetness is called for, for our amazing staff.

Our team is recharging today after our staff Christmas party yesterday, so we’re closed and back baking fresh again tomorrow.
