The biggest cake I’ve ever created… 💒💍

Back in July I had a big milestone moment for Missy’s - my first wedding cake that wasn’t connected to family or friends. Real customers, real big cake!!

But it didn’t come without it’s challenges… looking at you, late night Uber from Bunnings with some MDF because I completely underestimated how heavy the cake out be 🫣

I learnt some really valuable lessons and would do it all over again in a heartbeat - let’s make some beautiful cakes together!! Congrats to April and Reuben on your special day 💖

I’m taking a few little risks with this menu and it’s exciting. Please don’t let me down Paddington! Try something new.

Peanut butter & soy sauce. Olive oil, pear and honey. My dark, salty, 🍌 caramel is 10/10

Why are biscuits usually round? As a lazy baker, I don’t understand this.

I’ve made a batch of chocolate sables to take home for the weekend and I’ll be f**ked if I’m gonna get the cookie cutter out to make perfect shapes.

Maybe this is the start of the geometric biscuit? Grab a knife and cut a shape. No need to re roll the excess dough either….

DECORATE A CAKE FOR DOLLY! 🌸🍰

In honour of Queen Dolly Parton, I’m so excited to announce our very first Missy’s event - come and decorate a cake as your favourite Dolly Parton tune where I’ll supply the cake, all the decorations you could want, some nibbles and good vibes, and you bring your creative flair ready to decorate to your heart’s content. I chose Dolly’s song “Wildflowers” for this one, but think of what you could do with “Coat Of Many Colours”, “Love Is Like A Butterfly” and so many more…

Saturday 24th October, 1pm - 3pm
Held at Brisbane’s Fav Cafe & Brunch 🥂
Tickets $90 each, includes your 6 inch cake (that I’ll have crumb coated ready for you), a drink, nibbles and decorating supplies
