BIG NEWS INCOMING! We wanted to have a chat and let you know about some new and exciting changes coming to Sassafras & Missy’s from July… 🫶🏻
As Missy’s starts to get super busy with wholesale orders and a very exciting pop-up, from next month we’ll be closing Sassafras on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to focus completely on smashing out all of our bakes and cakes. We’ll still be serving the same brunch and coffee you love from Wednesday to Sunday, but just switching our focus at the start of the week.
This also means we’ll get to spend some time revamping the menu at the cafe, as well as expanding the current Missy’s menu - some old favourites will stay (don’t worry, the Hot Cakes and the Corn Fritters aren’t going anywhere!), but we’re really excited to get a bit more refined and creative in the kitchen.
From next month we’ll also be taking the Missy’s van over to our mates at Brisbane’s Favourite Brewery and Pizza🍻🍕 for a very exciting pop-up - more to come on that shortly, but if you love real nostalgic bakes (think hearty sausage rolls, loaded quiches and delicious bakes) with a side of great beer, you won’t wanna miss it.
We love our community here in Paddington and we’re really excited for this new chapter, and hope to see you from Wednesday to Sundays at Sassafras in July ❤️
