The man behind the bread 🍞 Aussie by birth, Irish loaf maker by skill! From sourdough and bagels to batch loaves and rolls, Craig is one of the reasons behind the delicious smells coming from the bakery! When he's not creating something delicious, he's keeping the team entertained with his endless banter and one-liners, the bakery wouldn't be the same without him!

Today we say goodbye (for now!) to our lovely Orla as she heads back home ✈️
Orla has been a huge part of our team and has become a favourite with so many of our customers. Her smile, hard work, and friendly chats will be greatly missed around the bakery.
We're incredibly grateful for everything she's done and wish her nothing but happiness and success on her next adventure.
