🍪 Check out our Papa-size Cookie! 🍪

It was our dad’s birthday last week, so we wanted to make him something a little special.

A couple of months ago he made a passing comment that his favourite flavour was our Classic choc chip but he wished it was bigger. So we did just that!

Safe to say he loved it because the first thing he did was facetime our grandma and say “Ma! Look at my cookie!”. We couldn't tell what was bigger, the cookie or the smile on our dad's face.

The buttery, vanilla base mixed with the satisfying crunch of hundreds and thousands takes us back to birthday parties from our childhood.

We love experimenting with ingredients to create different mouthfeel and textures for our unique flavours.

Another new flavour for June - Funfetti!

Inspired by confetti cake and Aussie fairy bread, we mix our signature Classic vanilla base with smooth white chocolate and hundreds and thousands for added crunch.

You can select from our full range of flavours, including flavours that have rotated out from previous months.

Minimum 10 cookies per flavour, starting from:

'Classic' or 'Indulgence' flavours - $15 for 10 cookies
All other flavours - $20 for 10 cookies

Say hello to Oat Delight!

A mix of rich cocoa and dark chocolate, balanced with oats and coconut, and finished with slightly tart and sweet dried cherries. Makes for a delicious combination!

Cookie tip: Don’t over mix your dough!

Did you know overworking your dough could be altering your desired end result? Here’s how:

1. Adds excess air to your dough, which can lead to flat cookies
2. Develops excess gluten, that can lead to overly dense cookies

So, how do we avoid over mixing?

We use an electric mixer to slowly combine our wet and dry ingredients and stop when we can just see traces of dry ingredients. We then use a rubber spatula to fold in the remaining traces until just combined.

This has been a consistent method that continues to make our crispy exterior, yet chewy centred cookies.

🎉What a milestone! 🎉

We were taking stock of how our little bakery has been doing and we realised we have sold over 1,000 cookies!

This may not seem like much, but to us, first time business owners, it is more than we ever expected so soon.

So thank you so much to our customers, friends and families who have supported us in these first few months.

We hope you have enjoyed our cookies as much as we enjoyed making them - which is a whole lot!
