Gosh, wasn’t that storm something else! I hope you are all safe and well with no damage anywhere!
It was our granddaughter’s 12th birthday yesterday so we drove to Perth and back which was a bit scary at times.
Her request was an ocean themed chocolate cake filled with cookies and cream buttercream. Her inspiration included a whale shark which she loves! Took me a long time to source!
Using World of Cake gel food colouring in Blue and Royal Blue to create the water wash effect and colour the rice paper sails.
Modelling chocolate shells, seahorse and seaweed 🎊
