It’s been a while since I made a cake, but for my daughter’s First Holy Communion, I wanted it to be something truly special. As I pulled out my tools, it all came rushing back — the rhythm, the joy, the quiet focus. I may not miss the cleaning up, but when I placed that final bow and stepped back… my heart felt full just looking at it 🤍🤍

Something about the Choux Maker...

The Choux Maker is a home cakery aiming to spoil you with beautiful and scrumptious treats for every sweet occasion. We love all things Choux (pronounced ‘shoe’) , a light pastry dough used to make eclairs, profiteroles, chouquettes, croquembouches (and the list goes on) which are then filled with the most luscious and velvety creams and topped with a smooth glaze.

Creating food has always had a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember. Everything excited me from picking the perfect recipe to the preparation and to the final plating up. But I have to say the greatest joy and enjoyment comes from sharing these creations with those around me. And now I am thrilled to extend this invitation to you!
