Miss Maddie was diagnosed with Cleft Lip and Palate at 20 weeks, and it wasn’t until she was born that we realised just how bad her condition was. After monthes of wearing a plate to help her feed and a bonnet to help her lips grow together, she has now had multiple surgeries with more to follow. None of which has slowed our little girl down and continues to amaze us each and every day with just how far she has come.

What can we say, our little Blake, born 13 weeks too early had multiple procedures and two brain surgeries. He is now 18months old and thriving. The support that Telethon gives to PCH gave Blake every fighting chance to survive and become the happy, cheeky boy that he is today. The staff and facilities; and the miracles they perform daily are absolutely amazing.

Here at Cooper's Classics, we are a small home-based family-run bakery specializing in traditional Scottish shortbread with non-traditional flavours to suit everyone with a recipe has been handed down in our family for generations. Our amazing chef learnt this recipe from her mother who started it in Edinburgh, Scotland and now she is teaching her children and grandchildren the secrets here in Perth, Australia. Our mission is to keep good old-fashioned traditions alive and it all starts in the kitchen, there is just nothing sweeter then watching mum teach her grandchildren how to mix the dough by hand just like she did with us and her mum did with her.
