It’s a good day to be fixing a roof!
The major leaks coming in from the roof are where water cooler & extractor flues are. Old unattended to equipment installed decades ago, and never maintained by previous tenants nor owners.

What sucks about our current commercial tenancy laws, is that the owners don’t have to do a goddamn thing to maintain their property. They put clauses in the rental agreement to absolve themselves of having to do ANYTHING😤

Why are we, the new tenants, liable for previous tenants lack of care and maintenance? 😠
Not only does this cost us time, money, & our mental health, it puts our opening back, and all we want to do is…

We heard from you that you were looking forward to a new shop quest update!
We were a bit knackered yesterday (Sunday) but good to go today!
Progress IS being made, and Davon is working hard for the greater good (we love him so much🥰)
