BC (before COVID) bagels were a side hustle. I was working a proper job, and making bagels on the side for
Working by day
Bagel-ing by night
on Saturday mornings

Then Covid
Weren’t we blessed here in SA that we could all continue on with our lives, no massive lock down. Restrictions, sure, but we managed. I lost my day job, but I still had bagels.

And then, the Barossa Market shut. Where were we able to bagel?
accepted my application and Barossa Bagels hit the ground running.

For SIX YEARS since we have been blessed with all you lovely people supporting our crazy idea of a bagel space at the market
