Today we say goodbye to someone who has been at the very heart of Prodigal from the very beginning.

Our Front of House Manager & Head Barista has been instrumental in bringing our vision to life — not just in how things look, but in how they feel, every single day. From setting an uncompromising standard for exceptional coffee, to building a warm, supportive and genuinely great FOH culture, to creating the systems and rhythms that keep everything flowing — her impact is woven into everything we do.

She’s helped shape Prodigal into what it is today, translating our values into real, everyday moments of care, quality and connection with our community.

While we’re incredibly sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead — travel, new experiences, and the beginning of an exciting new chapter and career.
