Sharing my new post bake ritual for other locals - DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS Wi***es Burgers in North Richmond is literally changing the game in the Hawkesbury burger scene. He makes all the sauces himself from scratch, and sources all the produce from locals… and then makes everything else from scratch as well.

Big Bagel would probably have me killed if they new I was telling you this, but the truth is you do not NEED an offical bagel Schmear, in fact here in the Hawkesbury we have brave souls secretly sharing their bagel spreading recipes that fly directly in the face of the traditional boring snoring cream cheese and chives (yeah we get it.. smoked salmon can’t go in anything else).

This week I’ve been smashing these cheesymite bagels. If you try this be warned. You will go through a lot of Mersey Valley and you will probably be questioned by others in your household on your cheese consumption. Stay strong, keep bageling ✊🥯

P.s your bagel needs to be really hot when you try this so the cheese natural started melting when you sandwiching it in the bagel.. and you need to put butter and vegemite@in both sides of the cut bagel. Good luck.

Every week there is a new challenge to try and figure out as I get more orders, and it’s really cool to see the process get better, more efficient and more fun. This week I pushed back the pick up time to 2pm and I really feel like that extra space gave me more time to work on making the bake the best yet (let’s just say if you ordered something with seeds on it, you will struggle to find a bare spot on it!) Thanks to everyone who places an order and gives me the opportunity to try and improve just a little bit more.
