For those of you that don't know me I am a big lolly fan Red skins, Milk bottles, Pineapples, strawberries and cream your old school type big tears I can't have any of that anymore it contains gluten. So, I ask you what do you miss about being gluten free?

Just some pictures from the day I had at the women’s expo, such a great day.

Both the general manager and the culinary director from Novatel came to my booth at the women’s expo and said I want your cakes in Novotel had to deliver a sample box today so here it is red chocolate domes with salted caramel cheesecake and boysenberry sponge inside and to finish it off dacquoise, El Gray Panna cotta with fig gel , white dragon fruit tarts soft decadent, melting your mouth, chocolate mousse, mud cake, red velvet, mud cake.
