R U OK?

Sometimes the simplest question can make the biggest difference.

R U OK? Day is a reminder to check in with the people around us — at work, at home, with friends, or even someone we haven’t spoken to in a while.

Ask the question.
Really listen.
And remind someone they don’t have to face things alone. 💛

Our little R U OK? Are their way out to help start some conversation.

In support of R U OK Day this month.

If you can share a little or share a lot, LifeLine have been around for year, and do some amazing work supporting people when they most need it.
Melanie is walking to raise awareness, supporting her if you have the ability to help, will spread a bit of extra love and encouragement her way while supporting mental health too 😁
