The Jam Factory Doughnuts Hand crafted buttermilk doughnuts
Saturday- The Yandina farmers market, and Sunday The Noosa farmers. Selections change each week and can sell out quickly.

Our doughnuts are made from a classic brioche recipe that originated in the Bavaria. The dough takes 18hours to make and is made from scratch every market day. We start with an organic bread flour from Toowoomba, add Station creek farm eggs, Maleny guernsey milk, fold in butter, Bundy sugar and Tully vanilla. Our doughnut jam fillings are made from produce sourced at the Yandina farmers market each week and we only use rice bran oil.
