Who is a Clever Girl?

My name is Jade and I started making cakes for family and friends in 2013. Whenever delivering a new upside down or sculpted cake to an event the phrase “ Wow, aren’t you are a clever girl!” seems to follow, so I have embraced it and a clever girl I am!

I have a structural Engineering background and I love using this knowledge in my cake decorating and making new and interesting cakes - especially things that move and gravity defying - anything to achieve the “Wow factor”.

So my reputation, for fun and delicious cakes has gotten around and I have begun to receive requests from a broader range of people.

So now I am now delivering a wide range of cakes to the Newcastle and surrounding area.
