Cakes by Chelsea is officially making a comeback! 🎂🧁

I’ll mainly be offering cupcakes along with a small number of custom cakes, and I’m now located in Aberglasslyn.

I’m so excited to be baking again and can’t wait to create some beautiful treats for you all ✨
