I used to hold her when she was a baby.

Now, she holds her own.

Time has such a bittersweet way of moving. It can feel impossibly slow when you’re living in the trenches, the broken sleep, the endless feeds, the days when everybody needs something from you.

Then one day, you look back and realise how quickly it all passed.

How much they’ve grown.

How much you’ve grown.

And how much you’d give to step back into one of those ordinary days, just once more- with the wisdom to know it wouldn’t last forever.

Sometimes we just need to create for the sake of creating.

No client brief. No perfect end goal. No need for it to become anything more than an idea we wanted to bring to life.

This was a chance to play, experiment, try things with other creatives.

And I think that matters.

It’s easy for creativity to become tangled up in bookings, content, deliverables and what will perform well. Sometimes you need to make something simply because it excites you, to stretch the creative muscle and remind yourself why you started creating in the first place.

Prices? No. Availability? No.

The question I’m asked most often is:

“What do I do with my hands?”

And honestly, it makes complete sense. The moment a camera appears, even the most capable woman can suddenly feel unsure of where to stand, how to move or whether she looks like herself.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need the perfect wardrobe or a finished shot list. The planning, creative direction and guidance are part of the experience.

You should get AI to do your brand photography.

Especially if you are happy with a version of yourself that looks close enough.

A slightly different face.
A studio that does not exist.
A perfectly polished business with none of the tiny details that make it yours.

And honestly? The images are not bad.

They are clean. Professional. Very polished.

They just do not really feel like (or look like) me.

Because brand photography is not only about creating something aesthetically pleasing.

It is about capturing the way you work. The way you speak about your business. The expressions you make without even noticing. The real spaces, details and personality your clients will actually experience.

AI can create an image of a founder.

It cannot document the person behind the business.
