The moment I know you've all been waiting for, my Christmas truffle selection for the year!! I'll be taking orders from today to be picked up by Christmas Eve. Drum roll please.......

1. Dark chocolate peppermint truffles dipped in milk chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate (Alcohol)
2. White chocolate and Malibu truffles rolled in coconut (Alcohol)
3. Milk chocolate truffles with a roasted hazelnut centre rolled in cocoa powder
4. Dark chocolate and Bailey's truffles rolled inn chocolate sprinkles (Alcohol)
5. Choc orange truffles made with home made orange cake dipped in dark chocolate topped with milk chocolate and candied orange rind (Alcohol)
6. Chocolate spiced truffles with home made chocolate cake dipped in milk chocolate topped with white chocolate and Christmas balls

I'm selling boxes of 35 truffles for $35, but if you'd like other sizes please send me a message. The attached photos are samples from previous years to give you an idea of the finished product.

Hello my lovelies! Looking for last minute gifts or something special for the Christmas table? Look no further! I'm taking last orders for personalised gingerbread biscuits, a really lovely gift for teachers, family, friends and yourself. These are ones that I made last year as examples but like everything I do I can individualise them to your whatever you would like. Personal messages and names are always a lovely way to go.

Hello my friends! Apart from being in quiet denial I have a 14 year old child, I'm rather excited about his birthday cake! I must admit I love drawing and painting on cakes, makes me feel like I'm channelling my mother which is a rather cool thing! And biscuits. Of course there are biscuits! Can you guess the theme?? I just did what I was told, and tried to work out how I could make my boys vision reality. He was very happy with the result so I must have done some things right 😁

This cake really was a pleasure to make for a lovely young man who is friends with my son. The next time I saw him the first thing he said was how much he loved his cake and he thanked me for it, absolutely made my day!
