The George returns tomorrow!! Pick it up at The Beaches Farmers Market 8-1, or the Cromer kitchen 39 Truman Avenue, Cromer 9-3!

What’s in The George? Well one of my nieces (Georgia) loved Tim Tams growing up, so this one is all about that. It’s a Milk Chocolate Blondie topped with Tim Tam Spread, Tim Tam Buttercream and finally some extra crushed Tim Tams!

It was a sell out the last few times we’ve done it, so let’s see how this weekend goes! It’ll also be available at Narellan Town Centre & Castle Hill Farmers Market on Saturday + Newcastle Farmers Market and Camden Country Market on Sunday, just get in early!

Last week did not go to plan…

Between three markets really not selling well, one cancelling and staff calling in sick for another, it was not the week I’d hoped or planned for. On top of that I had to throw away 40+ cookies due to ants and part of my trailer broke, definitely wasn’t on my list of goals for the week.

BUT we’re staying positive. Selling out of the kitchen was a huge success and hopefully something that will continue to grow each week and two of my markets were great days!

Trying to remind myself that one off week doesn’t dictate how my business is going. This week is a new week and with another 5 markets plus the kitchen open again (minus the public holiday today) it’s going to be a good week!

Another month down! Is this year moving too fast for anyone else?

Sometimes business is so up and down it was nice last month to do this comparison to see how much it’s changed in 12 months! Though I worded it wrong last month “single slices” referred to people buying 1 at a time, doing the total number of slices for the month this time is much cooler 😂

Thanks again for support! I’m excited to see what the next month is like with opening up the kitchen throughout the week and hopefully doubling up on all the markets 🥳
