Our friend Olivia had a special dinner last night with her friends as she will be starting at a new school next year. Here is her cake we celebrated with. It is a white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache, covered in fondant. Olivia's friends wrote their special messages to her with edible ink pens. The kids all enjoyed writing their farewells. It was such a personal touch. Good luck Olivia on new beginnings xox

Just a short note to say thank you to everyone for your continued support for another year. Unfortunately, I will not be taking orders for December and January. I had surgery earlier this week, and will have one more follow up procedure in the new year. I will take the time to rest up, relax, and enjoy time with my family. I wish all of you a safe, happy and healthy holidays. I will come back and share some of my favourite pictures, and then will let you know when my books are re-opened for customer orders. Here is my daughter's First Holy Communion cake. She helped me in all processes of decorating. She also chose her design, ordered her own cake topper, and also chose the decoration from her christening cake for this.

The cake is chocolate mud with choc-mint ganache. It is decorated with ruffles made from fondant.
