An important safety update for Snowy River owners.

We have issued a voluntary safety recall on certain caravan models. We know news like this is never welcome, so we want to make it as simple and stress-free as possible.

Here's what matters most:

- It is a voluntary recall. We have chosen to act because your safety comes first.

- If your caravan is on the recall list, the replacement of the gas regulator is free of charge.

- Owners who are a part of the recall are being contacted directly.

This voluntary safety recall affects various models produced between 31 May 2024 to 26 January 2026 and fitted with RV-One branded LPG gas pressure regulators. It has been identified that the pressure regulator can develop a failure of its internal diaphragm. When the diaphragm fails, the RV-One HDJYF1001-1 regulator can leak LPG.

Our beautiful friend Deb has made DUCS an amazing ginger bread caravan for our December Christmas display. Isn’t she just the best!
Not only a caravan display but some vanilla and ginger cookies for you to all enjoy! The DUCS team would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We will be closing from the 18th December and reopening 12th January 2026.

Before travelling please do your own checks.
*Check wheel nuts and tyre pressure before you leave and again before you travel home.
*Ensure your hatches are closed and secure.
*Confirm all lights are working.
*Secure all your items.
* Don’t overpack 🫣. Make sure you check your weights dont exceed caravan ATM or Car GCM.
