We utilise fresh ingredients in our the production of our products. We don’t add preservatives, sugar, egg or dairy to our bread products. Our breads are made from scratch, no premixes are used.

Bread Craft Bakery has been producing low FODMAP bread and products for many years (approximately 10 years). And as a result we have the LARGEST range of 100% SPELT products in WA. That not only includes bread, but also includes a vast variety of sweets and savouries.

Unlike our competitors, our products are made FRESH EVERYDAY with 100% Spelt flour.

NO preservatives.
NO added sugar.
NO dairy.
NO egg.

Other low FODMAP products on the market are highly processed to remove FODMAP carbohydrates, are high in sugar, high in gluten, low in fibre and they have only been around for a short while.
