Good morning,

Just a quick message regarding the bins outside the cafe.

This morning around 5:30am, I came in to find that our bins had been knocked over and rubbish had been thrown all over the road and surrounding area. I had to come out in the rain and pick up rubbish myself before opening the cafe.

I completely understand that accidents can happen, whether it was a car or kids knocking them over, but it is really disrespectful to the cafe and to everyone else in the surrounding area to leave rubbish scattered all over the road.

If it was your kids, please have a chat with them about being mindful of other people’s property and the mess it can cause. And if a car has knocked them over, please just do the right thing and clean up or let someone know.

We all share this area, and it would be appreciated if everyone could be a little more respectful of the businesses and people around us.
