The Production Managers role is to hold together the fabric of Sequel Bakery Production through managing the day-to-day running and needs of the production operation.

They are responsible for managing bakery staff members, managing the daily needs of and ensuring the continued high quality of bread and pastry, problem solving and working together with sales, dispatch and operations to ensure the smooth flow of information as well as the timely delivery of product.

This role will encompass in house bakery work on the floor with the team as well as the management aspect of the role. The Production Manager will be a leader who supports a loving, positive and welcoming bakery environment.
