Gotta love that mountain culture 😍

I chose the name Mountain Culture Sourdough because this baby has been kept alive for over 100 years and comes from the mountains surrounding Wollumbin.
A lot of people tell me it's the best sourdough they've ever tasted and I believe it's 100% to do with this incredible culture 😋

If you haven't tried some of our sourdough yet, you can purchase in store at BP Murwillumbah - delivered fresh on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 🍞 💖

Have you tried our fruit loaf yet?? With a mix of raisins, apricot, fig and sprinkle of cinnamon it's like Easter time in a beautiful sourdough parcel (without all the horrible additives) 😋

We bake fresh daily using our 100yr old culture, each loaf a 32hr ferment with every step carried out by hand with love and care.
