A home based business, specialising in baked goods such as cupcakes, creamed cakes and biscuits, amongst many others!

I have always loved cooking and after 10 years in customer service at the City of Mount Gambier I was ready for a a new challenge. I began selling at the Rotary Community Markets each Saturday and soon found myself cooking selected items for Sorrentos Cafe and I also began selling my goodies at the Mount Gambier Library Market and through Facebook. I decided that this love of cooking has become a

real passion for me and I love the satisfaction of providing customers with high quality, freshly baked goods. I cater for different events; birthday parties, kitchen teas, baby showers, family events and corporate events. Something new today...

Lemon curd muffins with lemon drizzle. They smell absolutely divine!

I will have to purchase my Christmas Sweet boxes in readiness for Christmas Day.

They will be full of slices, truffles, biscuits and festive treats.

Numbers are limited so if you would like to have these treats for your Christmas celebration please let me know by Thursday 18th December.

Pick up or delivery will be Sunday 20th December.

Looking for something to do this Sunday (14th December)?

Come on down to the Christmas Thugi Markets at the Cave Gardens. The grounds will be jam packed with a huge variety of stalls showcasing their wares.

I will be there (under the Library verandah) selling biscuits, slices, cakes and specialty Christmas goodies.

The market is on from 9am to 1pm and weather forecast is looking good!

RACHAEL + ASHLEY

Today I had the pleasure of creating and decorating the wedding cake for Rachael and Ashley's special day today.

They chose the beautiful Rustic Meadows at Wandilo for their location which was picturesque with the beautiful gardens and space for the guests to enjoy.

TOP TIER
Layered vanilla cake sandwiched together with white buttercream and iced on the outside with the same.

BOTTOM TIER
Layered chocolate cake sandwiched together with white buttercream and iced on the outside with the same.

Decorated on top with fresh native florals from Lima and Co and a cake topper supplied by the bride.

Congratulations Rachael and Ashley, I hope you both had a most wonderful celebration with family and friends. Many best wishes for a wonderful life together x

With Father's Day fast approaching (only 2 weeks away) I thought it would be a great opportunity to spoil that special Dad, grandfather or father figure in our lives.

I will be creating Sweet Boxes full of my signature Melting moments, slices and specialty cakes. Theses boxes will be $85 each and numbers are limited.

If you are interested in purchasing a sweet box please send me a message by Friday 5th September.

Pick up or delivery will be Saturday afternoon 6th September.

I recently had the pleasure of creating some delicious sweet treats for Janelle's Baby Shower which was held at Mac's Hotel last weekend.

The theme was "pink" so this tied in nicely with fresh Jelly Cakes, Jelly Slice, Vanilla Cupcakes and a cutting cake decorated with fresh florals from Lima and Co.

Janelle and Damien, all the very best as you await the arrival of your little one. Enjoy this next chapter of your lives.

It's so nice to look back at wedding cakes that I have created.

That's a wrap...

2024/5 wedding cake season has been huge and today was no exception!

Today I decorated and delivered 2 wedding cakes to the Apple Farm and a venue at Millicent.

The weather was superb and the Apple Farm looked gorgeous as always.

Thank you to the beautiful couples who allowed me to be a small part in their special celebrations.

Here's a couple of snaps from today's wedding at the Apple Farm, the warm Autumn tones and colours of the back drop match perfectly with the cutting cake and cupcakes.

CUPCAKES
Rich chocolate cakes iced with piped salted caramel buttercream and topped with drizzled salted caramel sauce.

CUTTING CAKE
Chocolate cake iced with salted caramel buttercream and outside finished with a semi naked look. Salted caramel drip and flowers provided by the bride.
