Moments to Savour is a boutique bakery specialising in nostalgic recipes passed down through generations of family bakers. From her purpose-built kitchen on a farm near Mount Gambier, Sally creates handcrafted buttercream cakes, mouth-watering traditional biscuits, and unreservedly regret-free pastries and tarts. Using the highest quality raw ingredients, Sally bakes moreish cakes and treats that taste every bit as good as they look.

Travelling for cake 🚗🍰

This weekend I was blown away with many excited faces from Adelaide, Portland & Naracoorte to name a few.

Then I met the most lovely couple who said they travelled all the way from Rainbow VIC to visit the cake shop 🤯😍 and such a lovely message later that day ‘Loved your shop and our special treats are amazing so far, definitely trying to make them last 😩’

So thank you to everyone who travels near and far to visit us! It really means so much to us 🥰🤩

Did you know I (Sally) start Tuesday to make the Cake Shop happen Saturday 🤯 I’m grateful Fiona joins me from Wednesday to prep and make our lives easier come Friday!

Not only do we want to create beautiful cakes & treats - we want it to taste as good (if not better 😅) as it looks!

I always love seeing the excitement on your face to be visiting for the first time (or the 20th time 🙏) It's what any baker wishes for!
