On behalf of our team, we would like to kindly inform you that a 50% deposit is required for all cake orders.

Unfortunately, we have previously experienced situations where we prepared custom cakes before receiving a deposit, but the customers became unreachable and never collected their orders. This resulted in significant losses, as every cake is made with time, care, and quality ingredients.
For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding of our policy.
No deposit = No order confirmation.
�Cakes will only be prepared once the required deposit has been received.

Our shop will be temporarily closed this week for renovations. However, birthday cakes that have already been ordered can still be picked up at the shop as usual, as I will still be working in the kitchen baking cakes every day.

A customers reserved it and then disappeared without coming to pick it up and haven’t pay yet. We kept it aside after the booking, even though many other customers were asking to buy it.

Everything has a cost, so this is really disappointing for us. I spent a lot of time making these desserts. Please don't tease me.🥲🥲🥲
