All of our products are baked onsite, using only the highest quality ingredients. We aim to surprise, with a selection of cakes, pastries and bread as varied as the seasons. ur Campaillou, a delicious bread made of rye & malt, light sourdough olive bread, is just one example. And we prepare and bake a variety of mouth-watering traditional pastries and cakes including:
• mille-feuilles (traditional French vanilla slice),
• handmade macaroons with many flavours to choose from;
• a range of traditional French Choux pastry including éclairs, Profiteroles and Croque-en-bouche
• modern desserts and specialised cakes including fruit tarts of the season
• a variety of French inspired savoury treats including the famous French bourguignon pie
• and on request cakes and desserts for special occasions including the traditional French wedding cake (a pyramid of Croque-en-bouche)
