Welcome to Sweetest Intentions where quality is my passion. Every cake is handmade by me. From the baking to the decoration, I work to your specific requirements to create your perfect cake. All cakes are made from scratch, using the freshest ingredients and no artificial flavourings. Originally from England, where I was formally trained and qualified as a pastry chef, a move to Australia saw me s

ide stepping into the wonderful world of cake decorating. It is here that I have found my true passion. After working for some wonderful people within the industry, I have now decided to establish my own owner operated business. I truly believe that a cake should not only look wonderful on the outside but that it should taste absolutely delicious on the inside as well. It is for this reason that I keep the amount of different flavours I offer to a minimum, to ensure the consistency and quality of the product. I have catered for some pretty specific dietary requirements but please don’t hesitate to contact me if there is something else you require. You can be assured that my heart and soul goes into my every product so that you can relax in the knowledge that your cake will be as special as the occasion you require it for! NB: Please note:
For every order a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and commence your order. Some detailed orders (eg, Car or a truck, require a 50% deposit)

Where appropriate and at my discretion, this can be transferred to a later function date. No Cake will be handed over without cleared payment/cash.

It's very difficult to capture the true size of this giant sandwich!! Based on an image from in New York for one of their famous pastrami sandwiches, birthday boys Giovanni and Jordan partied the night away at Everything on this cake was edible!
