Happy birthday to our darling Ollie! He requested gluten free Victoria Sponge cake for his 27th birthday. I ended up baking two cakes, one vegan for our grandson who can’t have eggs, and this one pictured. Both turned out so well! This one was light and fluffy like a traditional sponge cake should be. Who else loves Victoria Sponge? 🥰

I think we’re on a roll! Two new products in just a few short months 😉. May we introduce to you our vegan Caramelised Apple Muffins 😍. Think sticky toffee pudding without the nasties but instead including superfoods such as mesquite and h**p seeds. They are made using vegan, gluten free, nut free and refined sugar free ingredients. If you like our Chocolate Beetroot Muffins, these have a very similar texture and deep, delicious flavour.

Our freshly baked vegan hot cross buns are handmade using grain free & gluten free ingredients. The only sweetener is an ultra thin pure maple glaze lightly brushed over the top of each bun. Instead, they are infused with traditional Easter spices, fresh orange peel and a pinch of vanilla bean powder. So grateful to make these for all of you. Hey guys! Just letting you know our baked goodies at Tully’s have been relocated to (though there are some products still left inside at the Deli section as we make the transition!) This makes for super quick and easy access to after school (they’re nut free) or grab-on-your-way to work nourishment 🌿 you’ll find our choc beet muffins, grain free banana bread and gingerbread men here 💕 all vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, made with local and organic ingredients where possible.

We are so lucky to have access to such amazing food here on the Mornington Peninsula. Let’s support the folks who make it so!! Our advice is to enjoy a yoga class at the heavenly and then pay a visit... they make delicious salads, smoothies & juices, not to mention stock our vegan gf choc beet muffins and vegan spelt choc chip cookies. Weekdays sorted for mind body and soul.. tag someone you would like to do this with! 😉✨

Freshly baked batches of vegan spelt banana bread delivered to (available inside at the Deli section) and this morning! 😋

I (Vicki) have been making this recipe since my two kids were little. It was a staple in their lunchbox or for afternoon tea, especially if they had after-school sporting activities. It’s completely nurturing and satisfying! No frills, just pure and simple unrefined ingredients. It’s also an easy yet nutritious breakfast for any member of the family!

A stunning new salad bar has just opened in Red Hill TODAY set up by the talented duo 💚 they’re stocking our Chocolate Beetroot muffins (vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free), Spelt Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan, wheat free, refined sugar free) and even making HEALTHY TOASTIES with our Almond Flax Bread (Vegan, grain free, keto)! Isn’t that just the best?! 😉
