The cutest Unicorn cake for a special little girl, Letty, who turned 7!
Request from the birthday girl was chocolate cake

I put my own spin on the usual unicorn by adding edible glitter to the horn, eyes and her ears to make her extra special. I also added love hearts and flowers in her mane 🥰

5 levels Vanilla on Vanilla Swiss Meringue, semi Naked Cake

I layered the cake in soft pink, then white and final small amount of soft purple then gently scraping to show all three colours and a partial part of the cake sponge. I flicked rose gold edible paint over the whole cake before adding the flowers and topped with rose gold "fifty"
Photos don't ever do the cakes justice! She's so so pretty!
