We have some bad news and some good news!

The bad news?
Blue Shroom Bakery will be absent from the Mole Creek Market for the remainder of 2024 😢

BUT don't fret! The good news is we will be returning in 2025 with freshly baked artisan breads available! (In addition to all our current vegan sweet and savoury favourites, of course 😉)
We'll be using the next few months to get a new system going in our bakery rooms to produce hand-made artisan sourdough breads in our big deck ovens for you all, and we'll ideally be adding a few new selling locations to our schedule as well.

In the meantime, I'll also be exploring options with doing orders for events and special occasions, so keep a look out as I hope to get an item and pricing list out soon 😊

Exciting times are ahead and we can't wait to get things up and running again!

Profiteroles filled with creme diplomat and dipped in choc ganache 😍

This recipe has taken me months to perfect, it's incredibly difficult to get the same expanding and binding effect that egg plays in choux pastry, but with some extensive research (and many trial and errors!) I think it's finally been achieved!

A few more trials and flavour combos to test but we hope to have these available at next month's market! 🤞😊

Lemon Cream Tarts will be available this Saturday at the Mole Creek Memorial Hall and Market!

A crisp short crust pastry base with tangy lemon curd filling and topped with a sweet chantilly cream 🍋

Everything we make is handmade and small batch so be sure to get in early before they disappear! 😊

These peanut butter choc brownies are made with our 5 year old spelt and rye blend sourdough starter for an added depth of flavour. Fudgey and rich, but also good for your gut! 😋

Also, a quick reminder to our followers that we won't be at the June Mole Creek Market as I'll be in Melbourne, but we'll be back in July with some of these delish new recipes on offer!

We're taking a little break!

BSB will be back in July for the Mole Creek Memorial Hall and Market as I have some interstate appointments that clash with market weeks for May and June.

But don't fret, during the next two months we'll be trialling more new recipes (like this coffee and walnut praline cake!) and getting our commercial baking rooms finalised to come back with some exciting items!
