Well that’s a wrap! 37 amazing gingerbread houses came out of Icing Bliss studio this week. All the kids were so creative and each house uniquely different even though they all had the same lollies. Wishing everyone a wonderful festive season. I’ll be back in the studio in January for some holiday workshops 🌲🎅🏻

Now this is something special, these 3 lovely ladies represent 3 generations and they all made gorgeous cupcakes! It was so fabulous to have them at the Buttercream Beauties cupcake class on Saturday along with all the other wonderful ladies who took part.

I always forget to take photos of my classes! And Friday’s Buttercream Beauties class was no exception….I was too busy talking and piping…but it was so nice running an adult class for a change, with such a wonderful bunch who all did an incredible job at piping buttercream flowers. Fortunately these lovely ladies let me grab a photo just before they went home. How awesome are their cupcakes?!

Meringues for days…..250 to be exact, all ready for Oxley College’s in Burradoo tomorrow. There’s something for everyone at the fair-stalls, rides, games, food, and even a pooch parade. The fair runs from 10-3pm at the school. See you there!
