🍞 A little update 🍞

To our wonderful customers, we wanted to give you a heads-up that you’ll notice an increase in our bread prices.

Like many small businesses, the cost of our ingredients, packaging and everything that goes into getting a loaf from our bakery to your table has continued to rise.

We’ve held off for as long as we could, but one thing we won’t do is compromise on quality. ❤️

We refuse to cut corners, use cheaper ingredients or change the way we make our bread just to keep prices the same. We’ll continue using the quality ingredients and processes that make our sourdough what it is.

Thank you for continuing to support our little local business. Every loaf you buy genuinely means a lot to us, and we’re incredibly grateful that you choose to have Mad Baker on your table. 🥖❤️

Unfortunately we won’t be at the markets tomorrow after a small fire at the bakery. Thankfully everyone is okay, but we need to take the time to clean up and get everything sorted. ❤️

A huge special thanks goes to an absolute local legend — Tony from the chippy — who jumped in straight away to help us out. Small towns really do show up for each other when it matters most.

If you’re around this weekend, make sure you go support Tony and The Chippy. Good people deserve good support, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us. 🙌

Only he could turn a swim into a fishing trip — scooping up a barra with a bread crate (after a quick run to the car!) like it’s just another day on the tools 😂
