Designed for durability and ease of use, the Wyndham Medical Centre in Werribee showcases Alspec’s high‑performance door and window solutions in a demanding commercial environment. Purpose‑built to support specialist women’s health services, the facility required robust framing systems capable of handling constant daily use.

Swan Evo 45 mm Double Glazed Commercial Doors were selected for public‑facing areas, offering smooth operation, clean aesthetics and added security through centre pocket glazing. Hawkesbury Double Glazed Multi‑Fold Doors provide seamless access to outdoor terrace spaces, delivering flexibility, security and weather protection.

Externally, Hunter Evo and McArthur window framing systems were utilised to meet structural, acoustic and thermal performance requirements, contributing to a modern, functional and welcoming healthcare facility.

🌊 Mid‑Century Roots, Contemporary Coastal Living

This 1960s City Beach home has been thoughtfully reimagined, combining the base of the original structure with a contemporary design that celebrates open‑plan living, natural light and sweeping ocean views to Rottnest Island. Inspired by the building’s post‑war Modernist origins, the renovation delivers a refined family home built for modern coastal lifestyles.

A stone‑clad exterior sets the tone, while expansive new openings transform the interior, enhancing light, ventilation and indoor–outdoor connection. An oversized pivoting Swan Evo commercial entrance door creates a striking arrival, offering clean lines and centre‑pocket glazing with added security benefits.

To maximise views and connection to the outdoors, a 4.2 m floor‑to‑ceiling picture window and large panelled ProGlide High Performance Sliding Doors open the main living areas to the pool and alfresco spaces. Completed with double‑glazed awning windows and fixed framing, the glazing package delivers year‑round comfort, energy efficiency and long‑term performance.

This 1890s bluestone villa has been reimagined with a sophisticated rear extension, delivering expansive, light‑filled indoor–outdoor living while preserving its street‑front heritage charm. Opening up the kitchen, dining and lounge to the landscaped garden, pool and alfresco zones, the renovation brings modern spatial flow to a classic Victorian home.

Externally stacked Hawkesbury multi‑fold doors create full‑width openings, allowing the living spaces to merge seamlessly outdoors. Murray Top Hung Awning Windows and ecoFRAMEplus Centre Pocket Double Glazed Framing complete the glazing package, maximising natural light, ventilation and thermal performance throughout the new addition.

This 1950s Art Deco home has been transformed into a light‑filled, connected family space using a mix of Alspec and Carinya window and door systems. Wide‑panelled ProGlide High Performance Sliding Doors span 7.5 m, opening the living areas to the poolside zone, with a Centor S1 retractable screen providing discreet insect protection.

Across the home, Carinya awning windows, ProVista Sashless Double Hung Windows, ecoFRAMEplus double‑glazed framing and Air‑Flo glass louvres deliver thermal comfort, passive cooling and a clean, contemporary finish. New Carinya Select 125 French doors complete the front‑of‑home upgrade with a modern yet timeless look.
