Super Mario chiffon cake for Super Ben! 🥳

A big thank you to the ever-so-encouraging customer who encouraged me to pursue making a Mario themed birthday cake for her son. 🥰 The most challenging part for me was carving Mario's cap and making sure Mario stays upright and the base doesn't get squished due to the accumulated weight as chiffon cakes are very light. The cake is purely chiffon and has no cream or fondant. 😊 I'm glad I gave it a go. ❤️

**UPDATE**

Thanks to everyone's generosity and tremendous support, we have raised a total of $1,000 from the Jeans for Geans 2022 Bake It Blue Fundraiser! All proceeds have been donated to the Children's Medical Research Insititute to help discover treatments and cures for the 1 in 20 kids facing a birth defect or genetic disease.

Also available with taro paste, pandan mung bean paste and a matcha flaky crust with red bean paste.
