Every cake I make I swear will be my last...but what better reason to crack out the chocolate than your baby turning 18 years old!

Completely unlike myself to not use any fondant, but here we are! A super quick White Choc Mud Cake with alternating Raspberry Jam & Lemon Curd layers covered in white choc ganache.

I could not be prouder to briefly come out of cake retirement to create our beautiful Nieces engagement cake.

An Epic crazy year deserves an Epic over the top Christmas Box!!! So of course, here at Kaz Smith Cakes HQ epic boxes were created!!

I had a rediculoisly busy but fun time creating these tasting boxes (my personal favourite being my new Red Frog flavour macaron!). A special thanks to Anthea from Associated Trophy Distributors for the awesome vinyl labels for the cups! Life saver!

MASSIVE creating day at Kaz Smith Cakes HQ today!! I am absolutely OBSESSED with making Macarons now I have the technique sorted!! I love nothing more than experimenting so Ive pumped out 6 flavours today!! Late night drive by deliveries for my family just in time for dessert!! Absolutely buggered & ready for bed!!

**Caramel Latte** - Coffee Swiss Meringue Buttercream with a salted caramel centre in a chocolate macaron shell.

**Fruit Tingles** - Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream infused with Crushed Fruit Tingle Powder.

**Salted Caramel** - Salted Caramel Swiss Meringue Buttercream drizzled with salted caramel.

**Redskin** - Redskin & White Chocolate Ganache.

A massive Happy Birthday to my beautiful friend Vanessa! I must say I hit the Jackpot when I was allocated some amazing ladies at my first Mothers Group 12 years ago, I simply couldn't live without them!!!

We hope your surprise drive by birthday was a massive delight and the cupcakes a delish addition to your amazing day!!

**Yummy Super Moist Vanilla Cupcakes topped with Vanilla Mock Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
