My name is Fran and I'm a mum of 4 who has always had a passion for baking.

When my eldest had his first birthday I wanted to create a special, for his second I wanted to create a cake that would really excite him - in a Chuggington theme, his favourite show at the time. I searched the internet and came across a online tutorial for $20, it was roughly 80 pages long. For 2 weeks I worked every night creating this cake, it was a huge hit, and I found my new passion, cake de
