Orthodox Easter is probably my favorite holiday (food-wise 😄).
I’ve always loved kulich (Easter bread) and could eat it every day.
When I was at school, the best day was the day after Easter, when we got to enjoy the leftover kulich that our canteen didn’t sell out before Easter. 😋
Inspired by these sweet memories, this year I decided to honor this beloved treat by turning it into chocolate: I created these chocolate kulich bonbons.
I can guarantee that you haven’t tried anything like them before: they feature almond praline with real kulich crumbs.
Yes, you read that correctly—my kulich bonbons actually contain kulich inside. I baked my kulich from scratch, dried it in the oven, and turned it into crumbs in the food processor. Then, I blended these crumbs with smooth almond praline and encased everything in a mouthwatering milk chocolate shell.
Sounds pretty delicious, right? 😉
Only a limited number of these bonbons are available on my website (link in bio)
Order a box for yourself or for your loved ones, these cute chocolates won’t leave anyone feeling indifferent.
