This mango jam has been one of my favourites to make and eat 🤤

Vibrant in colour with the perfect balance of fresh, sweet and tart

I love it on warm sourdough, over pavlova or in my morning yogurt. There are so many more ways to enjoy it (even straight off the spoon)

It’s definitely one I’ll be making every mango season 🫙🥭

Time really does fly, it’s been 3 years since my cooking took me all the way to France 🇫🇷

I still find it hard to believe I got to travel to France and be 1 of only 4,(2 groups of 2, in different years) from Australia representing our country for Trophee Mille (international culinary competition)… definitely a surreal moment.

I had the opportunity to compete with some of the most talented people from countries all around the world, and my family at home even got to watch me on TV.
It truly was a magical day and night.

The whole trip was incredible. From the places, people and the memories… I’m so grateful for every single part of it 💓

What a great day at the Food Service Expo on Tuesday here in Adelaide!

I loved meeting so many passionate people in the food industry, discovering new products, and picking up some ideas along the way.

Running a small business means always learning, always improving, and days like Tuesday are perfect for that.
