It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted on here so here’s a little two tier number from a month ago.

Been busy with uni and life stuff lately but am planning some cool bakes over the next couple of weeks and can’t wait to get back into the kitchen!

Cake deets:

Bottom tier: Vegan chocolate and hazelnut cake filled with homemade ‘nutella’ and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Top tier: Gluten free and Vegan Vanilla, Almond and Raspberry cake.

Decorated with a little gold leaf and some simple florals.

An extra large 10 inch cake made for a very special birthday celebration yesterday.

8 layers of vegan lemon sponge, filled with raspberry compote and lemon curd.
The zest of 25 lemons went into this cake!! It’s times like these that I’m so grateful for our lemon tree 😂

Finished rustically with textured ombré buttercream, and an assortment of beautiful florals.

Love this .mill raspberry colouring 😍

A very special cake made in collaboration with the one and only for ‘s birthday 🎉

Decoration by me, and cake made by Chi Chi!

Inside featured a fluffy chocolate genoise sponge, layered with chantilly cream, sour cherries and a rich chocolate filling. All superbly created by !

Went with a rustic, earthy colour palette for this one, using beautiful oil based colourings by .mill to create an abstract buttercream colour design. Not my usual style but very happy with how it turned out! Finished with a touch of gold leaf to make it extra special ☺️

Okay here they are! Gingerbread boxes ready just in time for Christmas!!

Each box features 5 hand piped vegan gingerbread cookies, heat sealed and finished with ribbon decoration so you can hang them on your Christmas tree if you wish! Super cute and perfect for a last minute Christmas gift. (Swipe to see more pics)

Cost is $30 and they are available for pick up or local delivery (Yarraville, Seddon) next week in the lead up to Christmas 🎄🥰
