As usual it's been a while seence I posted anything and you know me and modern technology lol.
This is an elegant 3 tier ruffle cake with the bride and groom's monograms . The design was provided by the beautiful couple and I did my best to replicate it. The flavour was chocolate with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant.
It was such a pleasure meeting Panayioti and Vicky and thank them for the opportunity in making their cake. I also like to thank them for their understanding shown to me when I accidentally placed the monogram upside down. Luckily panayioti noticed it in the photos I sent him earlier and even though I was quite close to home on the other side of Melbourne when he called I had just enough time to double back and change it in time. I must say that, that was the first and one I will remember for years to come. Thanks again and wishing you the very best for your future together as husband and wife.
