O hey, been a minute! Been some changes in the last year, I've still been slinging bakes and cakes but have been taking stock of the business and what I want it to look like. So I've decided some changes are due... One of which will be actually using social media again! A new menu is coming too, including this Tiramisu cake (more on it later) but for now I'm back in Australia for a few weeks, enjoying some sun and eating a heap of tasty food, and thought I'd pop my head up again! Likely that I'll post a bunch of deliciousness that I'm having here too 😄

A staple for VERY good reason - soft fudgy brownie topped with toasted cornflakes covered in delicious homemade caramel with a tasty touch of salt for balance as well! Highly recommend!!

First time making a birthday cake for a 100th birthday!!!! Vanilla cake with home made mixed berry jam and vanilla buttercream, travelling up to Scotland today for a party this weekend.

Well after a solid social media break, but plenty of time in the kitchen, decided I should start sharing some of the bakes that I've been busy with lately. So, hi again!! Including this super chocolatey, salted caramel pretzel cake 😍😍😍 which is not only vegan, but also gluten free and freaking delicious! It's layers of chocolate sponge with home made vegan salted caramel and gluten free pretzels. Topped off with vegan ganache, hand dipped pretzels, more caramel and chocolate. She's a beaut!
