Proud moment for Peregrine Projects as the Principal Partner of this year’s Give Me 5 Run for the Kids for the Royal Children’s Hospital.
With over $72,000 raised in 2026 alone, we are well on track to achieving our fundraising since inception target of $1,000,000 by next year.
This year’s run saw 88 team members sweating it out it over the Bolte Bridge in what was a glorious sunny day.
Every step taken, every dollar donated helps change young lives and support incredible care. Thank you to our supporters, runners, and community for making a real difference this year again.

We are excited to share that our Managing Director, Joseph Chahin will be joining a Main Stage panel discussion at this years Urbanity Conference, hosted by .

Moderated by Taryn Paris (TUD) Joseph will be joined by Tony Massaro (Korda Mentha) and Bruce Wan (MaxCap), collectively discussing the synopsis: “Everest Basecamp – Is the next real estate super-cycle here – or are we just warming up”. They will unpack the forces driving decision making in the year ahead, to uncover if we are on the start of an upswing or still navigating recovery. The session is sure to be a candid conversation about risk appetite, emerging asset classes, capital deployment and the shape of things to come.
