The Cupcake Pantry Welcome to The Cupcake Pantry Victoria trained as a chef in New Zealand and found her passion in pastry.

The Cupcake Pantry was established in 2013 by owner Victoria Pavicic and produces gourmet cupcakes, wedding, birthday, christening or special occasion’s cakes including custom designs. Victoria wanted to make cupcakes and cakes for people that were freshly baked from the best possible seasonal ingredients and not made from a packet mix as other companies do. Inspired by her love of food, and her passion for baking and decorating desserts with the support of her family has opened her own business. Victoria’s belief is in freshly made, high quality ingredients and buying locally grown produce to support the local community

Each cookie is individually decorated by hand, with layered fondant details, delicate textures and beautiful little finishing touches to bring the ocean to life. No two designs are exactly alike!
