Which supermarket olive oil do chefs actually purchase?

Our own Eleftheria Amanatidis is featured in Better Homes and Gardens, sharing her 'go-to' since childhood. While she usually prefers Greek olive oil, if you're shopping at the supermarket, La Española is her pick.

For Eleftheria, salads are where this oil really shines, and it's a taste that takes her back to her childhood. She spent many happy hours in her grandparents' kitchen, where it was La Española and nothing else!

Today, she still reaches for La Española when she’s cooking at home, especially when making her Pappou's beloved Marouli Salata ~ a simple salad of Iceberg Lettuce, Onion, Lemon Juice, Greek Oregano and La Española Olive Oil.

In this intimate, hands-on masterclass, you’ll learn the art of making this treasured family recipe from the woman who grew up making it.

You’ll leave with the technique, the story behind the dish, and a whole tray of spanakopita to take home.

You’ll also enjoy Greek coffee and traditional biscuits while your Pita is baking in the oven.

A very good mistake.
Red Velvet layered with Basque Cheesecake filling and finished with Vanilla Buttercream.

𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗳 with Vanilla Buttercream, Lemon Curd, Dried Citrus and Raspberry.
