CHOCOLATE CONCORDE CAKE – NEW WORKSHOP

In this hands-on workshop, learn how to create a classic chocolate Concorde cake (approximately 8 inches). Guided step-by-step, prepare crisp chocolate meringue layers, whip up a rich chocolate mousse, and assemble the cake. This workshop covers techniques for piping, decorating, and finishing the cake with chocolate shards for elegant presentation. Facilitated by the professionally trained chef Miss Sallie, from Miss Sallies Cuisine.
