TIME: 9:30am - 12:30pm
COST: $120.00, or $100.00 concession
Learn and practice the skills required to work in the patisserie/baking industry. Discover breadmaking and also learn to
make eclairs, tarts and puddings or cupcakes, as well as modern and traditional cakes. Our professionally trained chef Miss Sallie from Miss Sallies Cuisine was trained in France.
