The result of these acquisitions was that Unibic, as it was then known, operated three separate manufacturing facilities for a number of years. The operations of these three factories were consolidated into our current

custom-built state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and attached offices, which officially opened in 2007. In 2012, Unibic became Modern Baking Company, reflecting the diverse range of brands and products we offer, as well as our approach to developing and manufacturing biscuits and other baked goods. We remain Australian-owned and operated, proudly supplying goods around Australia and overseas.

During April the limited edition 2017 UNIBIC ANZAC biscuit tins will go on sale. There will be nine tins in the range available at all major supermarkets and some RSLs. This gift set is available in Australia Post stores while stocks last. The tin is also sold separately.

Quick and easy, sure to be a hit this Australia Day. To make it sweeter, UNIBIC ANZAC biscuits are half price at Coles this week!

UNIBIC ANZAC icecream sandwich
12 serves

½ litre vanilla icecream (leave out of freezer until it softens a little)
½ cup golden syrup
1 pack 300g UNIBIC ANZAC biscuits

Mix the golden syrup and iceream together.
Place a scoop of icecream (just under quarter of a cup) between two ANZAC biscuits.
Freeze for 4+ hours (preferably overnight).
