With immense sadness, we mourn the loss of our big sister and much loved member of the Pasta Al Dente family, Lidia.

Many may have seen Lidia zooming around the shop delegating to our many staff. Lidia was based in our administration office heading up the Food Safety Procedures at Pasta Al Dente.

Words can’t express the loss we feel and the massive hole in our hearts. Lidia had the ability to light up any room she entered and welcomed everyone with her kind nature and big heart. Our world will never be the same❤️

Lunch at Pasta Al Dente just got interesting!

Schiacciata with Imported Prosciutto, stracciatella, fresh rocket, cherry tomato and drizzled with Italian Balsamic Glaze…the flavours are amazing. But don’t take our word for it, try it for yourself.
