Last week I made 20 cake pops, 60 coffee eclairs, a lemon and blueberry naked cake and this gorgeous birthday cake! I'm so pleased to have ended my 2015 baking efforts on such a colourful and vibrant cake for gorgeous Amelia. Time for a break!

Easily one of my favourite cakes of the year! The theme was vintage teddy and this cake matches the invite.

After a sad week nice to spread some joy with a white mud cake filled with Nutella cheesecake, roasted hazelnuts, fresh raspberries covered in a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry choc ganache. Cake supported by choc an choc raspberry cake pops. Yum!
